  • 10 Caractère Half-Baguettes 140 g
  • 20 slices of cooked ham
  • 30 to 50 thin slices of Emmental
  • Salted butter
  • 10 cornichons

  • Cut the half-baguette in half lengthways.
  • Butter both halves generously with salted butter.
  • Put the slices of ham on the bottom half of the baguette.
  • Add the Emmental slices on top of the ham, spreading them evenly.
  • Cut a cornichon into thin slices and put them on top of the Emmental.
  • Close the half-baguette with the top half.
  • Serve immediately with the side dish of your choice (crisps, salad or plain).
