- 10 Caractère Half-Baguettes 140 g
- 20 slices of cooked ham
- 30 to 50 thin slices of Emmental
- Salted butter
- 10 cornichons
Preparation steps
- Cut the half-baguette in half lengthways.
- Butter both halves generously with salted butter.
- Put the slices of ham on the bottom half of the baguette.
- Add the Emmental slices on top of the ham, spreading them evenly.
- Cut a cornichon into thin slices and put them on top of the Emmental.
- Close the half-baguette with the top half.
- Serve immediately with the side dish of your choice (crisps, salad or plain).
